Start in 5 minutes#

  1. Plug in USB power Connect to a PC USB port or a 5V 2A charger. The OLED shows the WIFI SETUP screen with an app-install QR code (scan it to open the KeyBot app on Google Play).
  2. Send Wi-Fi info from the app Connect your phone to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, then enter the password in the KeyBot app's Wi-Fi setup. If several routers share the same name, a dialog lets you choose which one to join.
  3. Check the IP, connect the app When the IP appears at the top of the OLED, it worked. On the app home screen tap Scan for keyboard → KeyBot.
  4. Build a macro Add steps in the Macro tab, or describe it to an AI with Create with AI.
  5. Start Tap Start at the bottom to send and run. Afterwards the physical buttons can run it too.

Key features#

⌨️ Driverless HID

Recognized as a keyboard + mouse composite device — works instantly on Windows, Mac and Linux.

📶 Wi-Fi + BLE setup

Send Wi-Fi info over BLE once. It reconnects after every reboot, and the app finds the keyboard again if its IP changes.

🔘 4 physical buttons

Start/stop (toggle) schedules with USB power only — no Wi-Fi needed.

🖥️ OLED status display

IP, USB state, running schedule, Wi-Fi setup guide (app-install QR) and OTA progress.

☁️ OTA update

One-tap wireless firmware update from the app. Automatic recovery to the previous firmware on failure.

🔒 Hardware security

A dedicated security module authenticates the product (5 checks at boot).

6 action types#

DELAYDelay only, no key input
CLICKPress and release (60–110 ms)
PRESSHold a key down
RELEASERelease the chosen key (all if blank)
MODUp to 6 keys at once (Ctrl+Shift+…)
MOUSELeft/right click, wheel up/down

Each step is key + action + delay (ms) + random (+r). Main holds up to 256 steps per schedule; each timer group holds 64.

6 schedule run modes#

MAIN x1

Main once

Runs the main sequence once, then stops.

MAIN

Main repeat

Repeats the main sequence forever.

FULL

Main repeat + timers

Timer groups fire periodically while the main sequence repeats.

TMR x1

Timers once

Runs each timer group once, then stops.

TIMER

Timers repeat

Repeats the timer groups forever.

FULL x1

Main + timers once

Runs the main sequence and each timer group once, then stops.

The chosen mode is stored on the device, so the physical buttons run it the same way without the app. Timer-related modes need at least one timer group.

Timer groups#

  • Up to 10 groups per schedule, each with its own interval (s) and random (+s)
  • Up to 64 steps per group; choose whether the first run is immediate
  • 4 priority levels (Normal / High / Very High / Top): while a higher group runs, lower sequences (Main is Normal) wait from their next step Firmware v2.4.0+
  • Shuffle supported

New in v2.4.3#

Choose between routers with the same name

Even if several routers share the same SSID and password, you can choose which one to connect to in the app. The list shows the MAC ending, signal (dBm) and channel, and your choice is remembered. If you don't choose, the strongest router is used automatically. The dialog appears when both app 2.5.1 and firmware v2.4.3 are installed; mixing with older versions still works.
